We offer a range of organic, natural hair care products suitable for hair, scalp and dreadlocks, that are put together thoughtfully with high quality organic ingredients to keep your hair, scalp and dreadlocks healthy and clean. They are made in small batches in Cork, Ireland.
Tools:
Good tools make half the work! After many years of dreadlock making we have found that these tools are all you need to perform the best service.
The different sizes are for different kind of jobs. #0.6mm is best to work in loose hairs. #0.75mm works best for working in bigger amounts of hair and give more freedom to explore new techniques. #1mm is the best choice when you are working in real hair extensions. #4 is very useful when you are going to braid in wool dreadlocks, to work the initial hair through the loop.
Drying Dreadlocks
After a wash dreadlocks can stay wet or damp for a long time and drying can be a bit of a challenge. To help with this we offer 100% cotton towels that absorb a lot of water due to their waffle pattern. After a wash it is advised to wring out as much water as you can first. Then you can wrap your dreadlock into the towel for about 10 minutes so the majority of the water will be absorbed by the towel.
To give them an extra finish we offer drying bonnets that you can be easily attached to your hair dryer. You can sit back and relax for 10 - 20 minutes while the dryer does all the work. Be careful not to use the hottest option on your dryer. This can damage your hair and dreadlocks.
